They are air-breathing reptiles with streamlined bodies and large flippers, which inhabit the tropical and subtropical waters of the world. There are seven species of sea turtles: green, hawksbill, leatherback, olive ridley, flatback, Kemp’s ridley and loggerhead turtles. The first four can be found in Malaysian waters.
